It is not provided for corrective or punitive purposes or as a result of poor performance.
It is not a performance evaluation or connected to your performance rating – no one else is privy to the conversations, considerations or outcomes of our coaching sessions other than you and your Coach.

A safe, confidential space to reflect, discuss and grow
Quantitative and qualitative reflections pre and post coaching sessions to guide your focus and show your progress
Agreement
Opportunity to focus on topics that are most important to you
Initial agreement to ensure goals for overall coaching
Session agreement to ensure specific focus and actions
Mid-point Check-In
Reflection point to ensure progress is on track
Opportunity to reflect, re-direct or re-assess goals
What I Ask in Return
Engage in the sessions and commit to your established actions to get the most out of your coaching sessions.
Signed consent form.
24 hours notice if cancelling or rescheduling or forfeit fee for that session.
Completion of an online feedback survey upon completion of our sessions.
