I am a global senior executive with personal experience leading complex global strategies, large teams and managing the ambiguity and challenges of the corporate world. I have worked in the learning & development industry for 25 years as a Senior Learning Executive, Performance Consultant, Instructional Designer, Coach and Facilitator.

I founded Pathfinder Solutions as an L&D consulting business in 1998 and led strategy and design with multiple global corporations for close to 20 years. With KPMG* since 2009, I am a Managing Director with Global L&D as the Head of Global Performance Solutions. My work brings performance consulting to the forefront of conversations with the client to ensure that the needs of the individual and the business are aligned to all aspects of performance and that the solutions deliver intended impact.
My coaching is focused on helping individuals and teams find space to reflect on their purpose, definition of success and to discover what is possible and to design their own actions towards achieving goals most important to them.
